Does anybody knows a program which converts .dem files into .avi files ?
I dont mean something like Fraps or that kinda stuff.

Play the demo and type “startmovie moviename avi” in the console.
It should give you the option to pick a codec etc.

but the window dont pop-up every time at fullscreen ….. play then tf2 in window modus ;)

thats help you maybe:
bind “key” “host_framerate 30; startmovie title avi”
and
bind “key” “endmovie; host_framrate 0”
the video is in C:Programme/SteamSteamApps/YOURNAME/team fortress 2
