What do poeple want from TF2 servers? any ideas welcome.

Could be maps, match setup, suggestions please.

They are currently….

1. DM_Store_ Pro Scout Only: 80.247.17.43:27000
2. 6v6 Match Style Server: 80.247.17.43:27001

P.S Idea that will help get these servers used, becasue atm they are idle 80% of the time.

Make an 18 man DM server with classlimits soldier(4)scout(4)demo(1).
Put on a small rotation of popular big dm_ maps with fast downloads.
I’d play there! :D

the server is a 2.8ghz with 4gb ram, and is on a 300MB connection. so should be fairly quick, pending the network load. (I.E non game stuff.)

Class Limits with medic?

Plus example DM maps you would like?

No dm servers, so irritating

A good insta-gib pub server

A good jump map server with a good voting system and good maps

A good public server with 16-24 slots (less is more in tf2 pubs in my honest opinion) with good map rotations and a good voting system (including rtv), also without crap like “rtd” etc.

One or two of them maybe?

Yeah an ammomod server with sub 100 pings would be great :)

there isnt many pro dm_store servers these days that are normally populated by people who cant doublejump as scout. maybe u can make an etf2l or ur team named priv server and give out the details on an irc or something. well the only problem with that is if people dont come on as often =[

What about just a public (16/18/20 slots?) with a map rotation of the maps in primary pool + class limits for engi=0, spy/pyro=1, demo/heavy/sniper=2, no limits for sol scout and med?
Would finally be an enjoyable public, and not too much chaos and spamming like in dm..
