Soldier: Festive Direct Hit or Festive Escape Plan.
Pyro: Festive Degreaser.
Demoman: Festive Loch-n-Load.
Heavy: Festive Natasha.
Engineer: Festive PDA.
Medic: Festive Kritzkrieg or Festive Amputator.
Sniper: Festive AWPer Hand or Festive Kukri.
Spy: Festive Dead Ringer.

AWP is owned by valve, as in while it’s a promo item the game it’s from is still Valve’s. They can legally make a festive version no biggie

I had almost the same thoughts, but I guess it could also be Jag as well instead of Gunslinger, even if Jag is a bad weapon but there are so many people who still use it.
And probably Quick-Fix instead of Kritzkrieg, I’d guess.
I think they’ll either add a festive variation of either SMG or Machina for sniper, but I hope it’ll be the former since I haven’t sold my Strange Machina yet.

I think “distance travelled while rocketjumping” makes more sense. Valve added an achievement for the B.A.S.E. Jumper that counted distance travelled, furthermore it
could be buggy to make clear what is counted as a “rocket jump”. Source Engine, we
love you.
My ideas for festives…
Scout – Mad Milk – Fits the best next to the fish.
Soldier – Gunboats, Escape Plan, Original (dreams D:) – they make the most sense imo.
Pyro – Homewrecker or Powerjack – sry pyro mains, but I dont think they add Degr.
Demo – Bottle or Caber – nothing to explain about these.
Heavy – Tomislav – quite festivizable + Valve likes this (aussie Tomi, cough)
Engi – Rescue Ranger, PDA – Rescue Ranger is a sign. wep, PDA = festive sentries??? :D
Medic – Bluts., Quick-Fix – Blut, see Tomislav; QF – Meet the Medic (more love than Kritz)
Sniper – SMG, Razor or Bushw. – The only ones I can imagine being festive.
Spy – YER, DR – Wildcards, cuz no idea what to add x_x
