We’re sort of bringing back newbie teaching mixes, but on a very small scale and strictly for mentoring. Not like “play these until you’re ready for pickups, less aids than lobbies” type newbie mixes, of which none currently exist afaik.

Cool, it’d been on my mind a bit lately that I hadn’t seen anything of them at all and thought that, that was a shame.

Should bring those back ,really fun environment to play and learn in as far as I can remember.
Especially with the plugin that somewhat balanced teams based on their class performance through logs
Chaplain and I had a baby once that did this. It was great fun and I can recommend hosting/organising them as it was a good time.

We got a mention on the official TF2 blog, got lots and lots of people involved and it was an all round awesome experience.
