Gravelpit bug - Cap C even if Red is on point

And then did some testing before crossposting it here and finding out it isn’t a thing.
Anyways basically unless the blu people are dead, you can’t block by putting a Red guy on point.

This glitch happens on maps that follow the same 3cp structure.
Saw this happen twice on a Valve server, one of which Capture Point C had 6 REDs standing on it including myself. mfw a single BLU player steps on it for 4 seconds and it still caps.
Does this mean we can play a decent map this week, or is everyone going to be quick fix jumping onto the point instead?

I sent an e-mail to Tf team and they replied, don’t worry guys.
does cp_gravelpit_fixed have the same issue?
(the map we were using temporarily when there was a bug where the game would think the round was over after an overtime B cap that is)

Can confirm after the “scrim” we had yesterday
Arguably, the map is still playable and fair for both teams as long as everyone knows about it. Although momentum may be an even bigger factor for winning now.

Happened to us yesterday during a scrim, we had a Soldier with Quick-Fix on on the point, yet it still has been capped.
It certainly IS a thing.
it was patched in today’s patch
Fixed not being able to block control points from being captured

An update to Team Fortress 2 has been released. The update will be applied automatically when you restart Team Fortress 2. The major changes include:
