TF2 Demo stuttering/lagging Tips

Let’s make a thread about cmds/cvars/other which reduce demo stuttering.

In the past host_timescale was the thing by setting it to (1 / host_framerate), does this still have an effect?

I also already tried cl_smooth 1 and it seems to improve.

Any other tips? :)

host_timescale 0.1 (on pov)

cl_interp 0.1 (on stv)
