I think the rank will start from nothing, I don’t think Valve will add every highlander player individually in the rank. So we will see some random players shouting “Woooaa I’m pro I’m (random number) in the rank”, even if they have just paid some special Highlander Tickets to upgrade their rank.
I don’t think Valve will put any effort into 6v6, even Robin Walker said that he watched only 9v9 because 6v6 is boring and repetitive.
But if you look at the picture from what testinglol said, at the end he says nothing is 100% guaranteed. Valve will maybe not put that inside TF2 at all.
