Simrai Fucked up, who will host my server?

Having alot trouble with simrai server. Gives over 140 ping to certain ppl who play from same distance and yet on other server they have same as others in the team. Also sometimes huge spikes immobilize certain ppl (these guys dont have the huge pings all time) And the guys who dont get immobilized can kill the guys who froze. And the worst case is if ppl time out from server.
I have sent pm to simrai about this but they were like: “lag. what lag?”
So the question: What is a reliable host to have tf2 server for player limit 14 and what would be the monthly fee?
15minutes… I get contacted from simrai staff.. trough steam and they start to work on the problem like bees.

is the server in france? the tf2pickup DM server has the same lag, some hop in amsterdam adds 100 ping >_<

OP’s server is located in NL.
