Welcome, can someone tell me what’s going on with prem. No stability in teams, players “jump” from one to another. I can’t really understand..

This is the nature of TF2. Teams with one and the same roster rarely last more than one season, if that at all.

Unlike other team e-Sports such as CSGO, Dota etc. the top of TF2 really doesn’t have much stability. That’s because in the bigger e-Sports there’s A LOT of money in the top, making it more economically viable (kind of, not entirely) to put all time and effort into the game and stay together as a team in order to stay competitive at the top, and the reward for doing that is very high compared to TF2. In TF2, real life (or other e-Sports) get in the way much easier because the reward for keeping on playing isn’t too good. This results in unstable rosters because there might not be a proper replacement for a player, which is what’s happening in Epsilon now. Playing TF2 in higher levels is a labour of love, but if the love for the game fades away, what else is there to play for?
