What are in your opinions the essentials to lead a team.
like what is neccesary and how do you not drop out.
Might be usefull for newer team leaders.
make them respect you as a leader, but don`t make them hate you.
Pretty much applies to any leadership position in life.

you are now team leader
Be vocal, responsible, and take charge. Most of all: dont be a cunt
Be kind but decisive and know your shit.
Don’t be afraid to tell people if they’re doing something wrong, and if so what they should do instead.
Also plan officials becase nobody else bothers.

Play with people who you really love and tell them to fking come to mumble or you will fking reck them. Works so far.
Have some fucking patience, especially if you have lithuanians on your team!! also tell them to get in mumble every single time, 10 minutes before every single scrim because they don’t seem to understand basics :d

Know your shit and have a lot of time
just steam call anyone who doesn’t show up repeatedly
that’s my tactic.
Other than that, talk to anyone that you think doesn’t want to be there, and make sure they know they’re allowed to leave. The last thing you want is someone who hates playing there ruining the atmosphere. A poor atmosphere is a folded team. Have backups so that when someone does leave you don’t have to drop.
And don’t be afraid to cut shitters. :)
