TF2 GRAPHICS HOW TO MAKE THEM BAD?

Hello i have been recently wondering how can i make my tf2 graphics look like this

it is very important as i am currently fasing FPS problems. I already have max frames and it does not make it as “bad” quality as that, i want to take a step further and make it like on the screenshot.

It won’t help your fps. That’s using some LOD / textures trick to make things look smooth, but doesn’t help with fps at all. If you’re getting bad fps at maxframes I’m afraid you’re screwed. Your only real option is to upgrade or deal with it.
I get like 80 fps on 6s and 60 fps on hl but how do i make my tf2 look like this plz help

1. Tweak your LOD value
2. mat_filterlightmaps 1
3. mat_filtertextures 1

ok man i did the 2nd and 3rd point but how do i do the first one, i have an intergrated graphics card so plz help
Don’t complain about fps issues when you still get fps as high as that mate. I play on 50 for 6s and 30 on highlander and I’m using max frames.
not possible on intel graphics cards
edit: why am i even commenting this… the retard can’t read that this doesnt change fps anyway
