i had this too a long while ago and it was because my shitty isp thought they had to switch ips to ipv6 without even asking me if i’d want to, so i told them to set it back and it was fine

I’m on wifi and I have no stuttering.
Internet is still pretty shit though.

wireless has fuck all to do, 90% of times its shitty isp in my experience
Yesterday 4 of us had the weirdest lags… followed by a timeout.
After finally being able to rejoin the server 2 of us still had unbearable lags for the rest of the evening.
All 4 of us have the same isp. 2 other players with different isps played as if nothing had happened. So yeah… its most likely your isp being gay

Generic advice:
Check packet loss. Then shout at a poor guy/girl in the Call Center who has nothing to do with your problem until it works.
