or bullshit or the fastest man alive

Some people are just so desperate to get attention, look cool and what not. You know “penis enlargement”, sad really, though shouldn’t judge, let everyone spent their time as best as they see fit.

age is relevant for sure but as someone said, i think hardware factors in a lot.

i averaged 257ms. looking at the results here most people are somewhere between 200 and 260.

looking at an article on response time to various stimuli i they found an average of 500 ms in response to a single visual stimulus like this (coupled to tactile feedback)

“The average response time for visual stimuli across all
choice tasks and response fingers was 0.517ms with standard
deviation of 0.181ms”

time spent behind a computer was found to have a significant effect, and the fact that we all play videogames (and are decent at them) will probably have an even larger effect.

“With regard to the age, in general, the response time
decreased with increase of age up to 21-30 years, and
thereafter the response time increased with increase of age”

source: Ng, A & Chan, A (2012) Finger Response Times to Visual, Auditory and Tactile Modality Stimuli; Proceedings of the International MultiConference of engineers and Computer Scientists.

tl;dr: anyone who says <200 ms is a liar.

Tried like 8 (x5) times and I got anything from 150-250 mostly, and on my last try got what I posted before. May have gotten lucky as fuck as I can’t replicate it :D

Decent is a nasty word for a gathering of the best TF2 players in Europe.
