If i for example play in a lobby with sourcetv enabled can i record a sourcetv demo to my harddrive?
You can make the server record the STV and then copy the STV demo from that server onto your own PC’s hard drive.
im talking like use tv_record to record to your own harddrive if im not owner of the server.If i must just a player.
you can’t record STV Demos to your HDD, all STV demos are saved is server’s FTP

STVs are recorded by the server and are thus stored on the server. Whether or not the server machine is also running an FTP server is not related to that.
