Looks like a dll plugin you’d have to run to get the deprecated functionality of changing your nickname in game? Seeing people got banned for running unsigned plugins in secure mode, I would advise to avoid that at all costs if you value your steam account.

It might not even load, probably broken by some updates. Anyway many people still use OpenPlugin to achieve the same thing.

Blast from the Past. This plugin didn’t work back when I made OpenPlugin and I even tried to reverse engineer it to figure out how it worked so I could add it. (fuck closed source that has no business being closed source).
