Battalion’s Backup
Added +20 max HP passive for the wearer
Concheror
Added +2 health per second passive for the wearer
Crit-a-Cola
Reduced consumption penalty from +25% extra damage to +10%
Diamondback
Now also gains a critical attack on successful backstab kills
Flying Guillotine
Alt-Attack now also throws the Guillotine when active
Short Circuit
Attack sped up greatly
Ammunition cost has been lowered to 5 metal per attack
Players and Buildings are only targeted if in range and in front of attacking player
Improved visual effects
Soda Popper
Hype no longer grants mini-crits
Added Hypemode which grants up to 5 extra air jumps when active
Hypemode is triggered by Alt-Attack when hype is full

Basically Short circuit confirmed to be the new engie main Secondary weapon and Crit a cola Main KOTH/CP Secondary for scout
That Diamondback buff makes me laugh.
Just think about PL where the engineer is sitting on the cart with the short circuit
Concheror, short circuit and crit-a-cola changes seem interesting. Looks like they might get used more.
Just tried short circuit, it does 200 damage per 2 seconds, point blank only
short circuit and diamonback prob need bans.
short circuit for sure, its just a shield from all explosive damage now, combine it with the cart and urgh -_-

Indeed, + Engineer wins 1vs1 vs soldier/demomans by w+m1 with the short circuit :DDDDDDDDD
