once you’ve sandbagged, you can only do it once, cos you will get promoted.

Why an alt account?
because I don’t want you to know who I am, obviously

I could have been a bit more specific with how it actually stacks up tbh. It’s a shame our remodeling will only be published during your first season with ESEA.
I’ve kept dabs on this all day. I didn’t say I did it. I said.. I could have been more specific. I crunch numbers all the time and know how one stacks up against another.
Introducing a pay league as an alternative to ETF2L seems doomed to failure as 90%+ of the participants will get nothing in return and the actual level of play in season 1 of the competition will be no different than what you can get for free in ETF2L for these teams.
If you want people to pay money then you have to offer them something they cant get for free elsewhere, what are the majority of teams going to get (from the outset) from ESEA that they dont currently get from ETF2L?
Add bitcoin mining to the mix and I just dont see this ever reaching a critical mass, maybe if they gave it away until it eclipsed ETF2L in quality and participation they can make a case for fees.
I did and my point still stands. At the point you begin charging fee’s, if you don’t offer a league that is far in advance of ETF2L in terms of participation and quality then what reason do I (who is unlikely to receive any winnings) have to pay for it?
