Switching backpack pages with A and D?

I know that i was able to switch my backpack pages using A and D and that those http://puu.sh/3BbNf.jpg 2 arrows in the lower right corner were also called A and D.
Is there any way to get that back? Cause I need to have my lovely hats in a good order and that takes forever when you just drag things to the next page.
