France – Roubaix, Strasburg is bad location for players from the East (Russia, Ukraine) and vice versa – Germany, Hetzner can be bad for many UK players (shit routing ftw).
I recommend Netherlands, Amsterdam – for the best compromise. Playable pings for most european players.
