The sad thing is we know this all happened because someone couldn’t take a VAC ban on the chin.
Seems like a lot of fuss over nothing really. Higher Fov just seems like a sensible setting to allow, it’s just personal preference really.
Why do they even worry about the plugin when the game is fucking broken? People are still invisible at times. It crashes constantly. Every update eats most of my fps. etc etc

In the readme file of my FOV changer, it says :
“This is based on AnAkIn’s Transparent Viewmodels/FOV Changer and Casual’s OpenPlugin, but this is not a plugin.
It does not bypass Valve’s -insecure check and does not require -insecure.
The game allows a 3rd party DLL named “p4lib.dll” to be loaded. There is no such DLL coming with the game per default, so you are not replacing any game DLL.
The features are the following:
– Set your FOV with fov_desired
– Set the viewmodel transparency with viewmodel_transparency”
So ? I just use it to change my FOV to 105 :/

it is disabled in game for some reason :)
