laggin while playing demos

hi, i duno why this happends, but every time when i try to play a demo that ive donwloaded or recorded myself it lags, i do the net_graph 1 and type in all my settings i usually use and still get lag.. my fps shows 100-250 so its all good . but it still feels like 30 -40 fps does any1 know why?
i dont lag in game or when spectating , just when playing demos.
i have that too but thets because of my wonderful internet when i record it :/
awesome 10 kb upload and 45 kb download :D so my demos are horrible lagging with under 20 fps (while gaming 100< )
maybe thats the reason :P or someone else has an idea
I had this issue with playing demo’s I recorded myself. They where all choppy.
Someone told me to record with the following command.
record “demoname” 33
Note the 33 at the end. Which resulted in smooth demos for me.
Not sure if this has anything to do with your problem tho.
my pov demos lag when i for example use mat_queue_mode -1 when i recorded the demo with mat_queue_mode 2
so maybe its because of the new update
