Stream viewers tonight

People might be seeing tonight as a contest between Teamfortress.tv and VanillaTV. Although rivalry and friendly competition may be exciting, I just wanted to remind people that both organizations are about spreading TF2.
So while you might want to show preference for one stream or another, an option that shouldn’t be forgotten is running both at the same time, with one muted and shrunk.
Most of all I hope it’s a good game, for viewers of either broadcast.
i agree i think having a second cast gave vtv a kick in the butt to try and put more effort in. When was the last time there was a post on etf2l about a casted match? when was the last time arx and beta casted?

like a week ago…both..
Arx and Beta cast for Vanilla as and when they can – they’re both busy people.
As for us not putting effort in – I don’t think anyone can complain about the amount of games we’ve covered this season, even covering an STV of a previous game on Valentines day.
Pledge and our streamers have been the backbone of keeping casts coming this season, so please don’t say that we haven’t put enough effort in.

Only almost every time a premiership match happened. Some days in the past weeks, VTV even ran out of Premiership matches to cast and had to cast Division 1 matches instead (or did a prem and d1 match at the same time).

We casted a tournament on Saturday
i meant for vanillatv not in general sorry
i know about the tourny on saturday, i helped get it on tftvs events page

Arx and Beta have always said they cast when they can, as stated above. How about you stop taking every opportunity to try and disparage VTV?

I don’t think it’s him being hostile Trell, play nice.
Glad to see both streams prosper; after watching both I have my favourite but it’s not by a massive amount. I really do hope that the two orgs can keep neck and neck, empowering each other to provide better content for everyone.
The tf.tv wallhacks were a bit cool, carry on folks!
I watched the VTV stream yesterday and really enjoyed it; but what I found to my enjoyment this morning was that both casting sites put their videos up on youtube immediately. That wasn’t always the case. It’s highly appreciated
I just hope teamfortress.tv stay active over here, and that it isn’t one of those, 3 week projects that lose the motivation shortly afterwards.
