I’d also suggest trying some higher skilled pubs (I don’t know where you play at the moment), find servers that belong to gaming organisations, Blackout, Lethal Zone etc. they are often populated with players of greater skill/experience than Valve, Skial etc. etc. Sure it isn’t the comp experience, but it is a nice way to find out where your basic skills are in relation to other players who maybe have comp experience.
