Demoman – tough one. Obi-Wan(RIP) was good, Alper too.
Scout – Fixxxer, never before have a scout made such an impact in the games he played in.
Sniper – Slinger, Frisky.

Sniper – Arx (on team i know :p) + Reptile + some guy who plays for Sir. (Knights)

Scout: AppZ, bybben, fette, masiina, treigzak

These posts are always a bit farsical.. it’s impossible to say who’s best at what – you could see Bybben during the one game he plays poorly and decide that he isn’t as good as everyone makes out.

Saying that though, it’s still a bit of fun :)

Medic
Being a medic myself, my opinion is somewhat biased. I don’t particularly rate any medics that highly. Kodyl is alright, lezek used to be quite good, Dukes [from original TLR] wasn’t bad, Luci from St*rs is ok and DCSB’s Mole isn’t bad either. I’ve yet to see a medic that I would class as “division one” standard.

Heavy
There’s only five players I know of that really strive to play heavy regularly – 4K Riemu, xlo Sommie, Clones-Inc ras, Sir Fish and j`Pace. Out of those players, Sommie comes top for me.

Scouts
So many talented scouts around – and they all seem to be Scandinavian :p As I mentioned in another thread, the scouts that have troubled me the most are Bybben, Masiina and Inqui. From a teamwork point of view, Empire’s scouts (Apathy and KondoR if I’m not mistaken) work as an excellent pairing. There are numerous others that can be mentioned but I’d be going with Bybben and Masiina as my “all star” scout pairing.

Soldier
Again, numerous talented soldiers on the TF2 scene. Abomination, Coinz, WnN and many others, but I think my personal choice would be fairly easy – appe.

Demoman
Hymzi and ryb are both strong contenders and I was quite impressed with Clones-Inc’s KillaloT last night, but for me the only person I’d ever have in my “all star” lineup – having played literally hundreds of hours with and against him – is wotr’s Byte.

Sniper
Wouldn’t often play a sniper but I tend to find any player that can aim [generally the talented scouts and soldiers] can play sniper to a reasonable degree. TribunaL have a player that literally only ever plays sniper and as a result is rather talented – wouldn’t mind having him in the team if we needed a sniper for a full game. Otherwise I’d have to mention our Sir Matji as he plays sniper to an immense degree and is a very talented soldier too.

Sooo, here we go. I will not jump on the “I dont name my own players cause it sounds gay” wagon and I will sure as hell mention myself in the list, because I am not even sure there are 5 different full-time heavies out there *cough* (We are for some reason a dying bread).

My list is fully subjective, since I dont really pay that much attention to other players when I play. Even tho there are alot great players out there for some classes, I will only name 5 – so even if you are not on the list, dont get all excited about it!

I’m not really sure about this and alot of the most obvious pairings are posted above, but recentley when watching on source TV – FeTTe and Glufse have been amazing together, particularly with bieng smart in general aswell as good aim, they’re the most clever scout duo i’ve seen :O
