Cursors pops over crosshair randomly

I know there are some with this bug out there. Happens randomly that cursor will appear over the crosshair and really piss me off.
any fix out there or did valve goof up?

Had it as well. Not permaanently, but just occasionally shows up and needs a restart to get rid of it. Annoying as hell ;x
Happens when I tab out sometimes, restart only fix I found.
No more tabbing out please, thank you.
cl_software_cursor 1 removed it, gave me a fucking huge cursor in menu though.
