Summer is coming….

I’ve never been there myself even though i live 3-4ish hours away from DH. But from what i’ve heard TF2 has been tried at dreamhack but there wasn’t enough teams i think and enough audience. (I might be wrong)

No, DH staff has made it clear that they dont want to support a TF2 tourney, the community have to do it themselves.

That sounds insane, 20k euro for hosting? I believe that 2k would be enough, and a 5-10k prizepot, Greykarn(esport admin at DH) is maybe stubborn, but not stupid.

Anyways, if you are gonna do something for DH summer it needs to be done soon, not 3 weeks before it starts ;)

I believe that if you cooperate with someone else (onlinegamer/pcgamer?) it would be much cheaper.

we got about 2200 active players in etf2l(~360*6)
45.000/2200=>~20 € each
lets make a entry fee from items in that worth and sell it–>profit

edit: 3 seasons, so we can do it with about 7€ worth
