Why aren't you streaming?

Btw kinda offtopic but for everyone who has diminished FPS when viewing a stream/video in fullscreen on Google Chrome, go to chrome ://plugins/ and disable pepflashplayer.dll, Chrome’s own flash player, which sucks. Finally I get 60fps in fullscreen mode too!

I’m using OBS and seem to be able to stream fine (i5 3750k @ 4.2Ghz) at 852×480, 25fps. And by that I mean I get good FPS in game, and it doesn’t stutter too much. However, the stream itself seems to pause/stutter every 5 seconds or so, and I can’t work out why. Any ideas?

I have a Q9450 @ 3GHz and I’m streaming at a very similar res/rate without any stream stuttering; try Frankfurt maybe. Also, http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=326034

Actually there is a possibility to stream w/ Camtwist and FlashMediaLiveEncoder, but you will have around 30 fps.
Assuming I could do it without significant performance loss the idea of watching my stream is mind numbing. An entertaining chappy I am not.

I wanted to try and start streaming a month ago I think, but I get bad fps and don’t think my internet/pc can handle it.. I got 1mb upload though
