Doesn’t Sweden have a really small re-offending rate compared to countries such as my own, UK and countries like the US?

I would hope that every country adapts that system, punishment doesn’t work, it is rehabilitation that works.

In Sweden you get 3 years in prison for selling pirated clothes, the same punishment as if you rape someone.
Why? because long prison sentences are more effective on economical crimes.

Ontopic: Im angry because postal fees, toll and vat when you send something from the US is more expensive than the goods.
