Hence “relatively”, it’s still a SoapDM server.
When you play on dm as sniper, you want to warmup/train your aim, so you want to hit shots, not make tons of kill. So, wether your shot makes 50 or 150 damages, it’s doesn’t matter since you actually hit something (and missed the head but whatever).
On the other side, when, as another class, you get shot by a sniper who can’t even hit headshots consistently, you don’t want him to os you just because he scoped for a long time.
You already allowed stickies (which great but some people obviously don’t like it), so allowing charged shots will only make your server running for nothing, as almost nobody will play on it.

No problem, it’s either been implemented now or being implemented.
Also update on how items are blocked, before if you used a demo shield you could avoid the 4 sticky cap, but now it has been fixed.

Valve tried to bury us by updating things and breaking SourceMod, and TFtrue, and TF2items.
But we’re back and open for business.
