Best way to test them all (plus other networks) is to ask for a free testserver with multilocation enabled for a few days so you can move it around and test them all ;)
Just send the sales staff a mail / open a chat request / write using the contact us form ;)

PS: we have other IPs in germany on different networks (like: 83.136.86.185), the one you named there was an old IP that we are going to dismiss shortly (and that’s currently filtering ping requests ;) )
