Im totally newbie in NA scene. Could someone tell me what happened with TLR and the trophy? And ye not trolling, I really don’t know it.

The ethos of this entire topic is not about pickups/mixes and how to improve, the ethos is quite frankly.
1) Be open minded, what the enemy may think is lame, could actually work out for you, e.g. when Mixup used a heavy to defend spiral, or an engi etc…
2) More effort, the yanks came to EU to prove a point, they did it in style and worked v hard for it, I applaud them for it, we came into iseries very complacent thinking no way…
Bottom line is US deserved to be final, none of the EU teams did. Go back to the drawing board, play alot of “valid” mixes and double mixes, and play dm so much that u hate MGE :D
Get prem players to help out more? Watch more analysis vid’s more? Get going and put the in the effort…

All ppl have to do is ask for a demo to be analyzed and u’d get it done? I see no effort by anyone approaching me?

Here we go again, if you want an active pickup channel, just see if the Americans could help someone make a bot like theirs? If they have the motivation to play so well and help their low skill players, try and follow their examples if it works so well, we can’t whine at prem players, the truth is we’re too lazy.

I’ve seen so much people asking for mentoring and stuff like that and most of them seem to think that if you get mentor by i.e byte you magicly will get good… NO you actualy have to spend time watching vods, watching your own demos, playing dm. So stop crying about the top scene not helping you and do it yourself.

If players do this how will they not be able to blame anyone else for them not being good at this game?
People complain that european tf2 is not going anywhere,this may be true, but this is only down to so many people being lazy as fuck and not putting the time in to either be a better playing or produce content like the stuff vanillatf2 does.
TLDR: stop being lazy as fuck.
Israel has it’s own pickup channel?
I went back to pixel a while back and gave up after the first game, because there were 3 jews on my team who refused to stop speaking hebrew, gg. There might be players in there that even I might be able to help, but I couldn’t deal with that shit.

ill jump on the “blame shitters for beeing shit” train too, i remember blind saying that TF2 is the only game where noobs expect to be mentored

The reason why the euro scene didn’t go forward since 2010/2011 is because of the ego many players have. I respect most of the EU players, but I feel that there was nothing done to improve the quality of tf2 over the pond. Every single time a top european player has tried to change and introduce something new, he got shut down because his opinion was different from the others (check those retarded unlock threads). You also need to give lesser players chances, you can stack up a team as much as you want but you would be surprised by the innovative plays some of the upcoming players make. Another reason would be that you dropped the only league that provided you the services you needed, ESL. They gave you an AC client, match scheduler, admins that (kind of) help you and potential LAN finals if you would have stuck with them (I do believe IEM could have supported tf2, given the fall of 1.6). Lastly, if you would give admin to top players who are committed to this game such as kaidus, this league would be GREATLY improved. You need to embrace change and stop carrying about this unlock bullshit. Unlocks only make the game more fun and they have never took the skill out of the game. Ever. As proof, check how your top teams got dominated by our teams that use unlocks such as gunboats and equalizer which guess what, they didn’t make our soldiers play worse at all.
I agree with this.
