Can someone explain to me what this section (highlighted in red) on the net graph means? I’m guessing these red spikes are bad?

loss with server, yeh bad – depends on the server though, those deathmatch servers are bad whereas on clan match servers I rarely get them. When my line was faulty a few months back I got almost constant spikes :/
