Most those weapons seem like they could be really fun to use in pubs, but annoying to play against.

It depends how Valve do the calculations. It comes with a 35% speed reduction. If we assume they mean percent of the original Scout speed, he will run at 65% his original speed, so the speed boost could make him run at a maximum of 130% of his original speed, not that crazy. The thing is, 65% of the original scout speed would be 86.5% of the default (Pyro, Spy, etc.) speed, which is slower than the Demoman. So when they say 35% reduction, they’re probably talking a percentage of the default speed, not the scout speed.

This shit is flat out ridiculous. It’s like valve is parodying themselves.
