and about mat_specular 1 it works on ubers for making them shiny but it fucks intels to make em all black… if someone has solution for that then it might work :p :] !=)

using the highcfg on dx90. works great exept one tiny little annoying thing. the models look less shiny. the firstperson weaponmodels that is. for example the nade launchers barrels are very matt. not as shiny as normal. do you have any idea what command that is that changes that to normal ?

Play in windowed mode and change stuff in the fps config (saving and then typing in console “exec fpsconfg” until you see a difference) once you find what command causes it (trial and error tbh but just go for each command that looks like it would affect lighting etc) then post it here?

If you mess around with config, take a look into mine. There you can find comments and backgroundstuff.
Its not only ment for HighFps/Quality. Its ment for understanding a bit what you are doing.

Some say my config is better then m0re´s and other the opposite, try for yourself :)
