What if there are two players using the same network? Ban both? Not exactly fair if player1 didn’t know about player2 cheating.
Not necessary, my router gets a new IP from my ISP every 24 hours. Sad, but true.

Why is this sad?
Also I was under the impression most people get a new IP by merely rebooting their router.
