Since this plugin takes screenshots by executing console commands on your client, the commands get stored in the demo and get executed again when it plays back. They’ll only be local, not uploaded anywhere.

Without a doubt what Stuntz said above. It’s quite shocking to me how people are wasting so much time caring about how it was done. It’s absolutely ridiculous how ETF2L hasn’t made a statement publicly about the bans and the whole situation. In the past people have been banned for a lot less including cheating on pubs. I also find it quite laughable that Boomeh (which quite honestly really is an awesome fellow) changed his Steam account cause the last one was banned, but wasn’t banned on ETF2L even though there is specifically a rule agains’t it. In my opinion there is a huge circlejerk protecting quite a few people but eh :)
