Big "ERROR" on top of some hats

Topic name says all. Is there any chance to remove it? Maybe a modification which remove all hats or something.

Btw, demo file is very old (konfy said it’s about 6-12 month old), so i tried to use my backups, but for some reason i can’t launch steam in offline mode (=> can’t replace gcfs).
Please, help me guys!

If it doesn’t work, download older non-steam version of tf2.
