Watch demos of other players, I even watch demos/STV’s of lower skilled players because you can always learn something new.

I could help if YOU would add me and ask what you need.
You kind of need your team to be on the same wavelength as yourself, you could actually be a decent Demo who knows his stuff but your team do retarded things that force you into playing defensive or into a position you don’t want to be in (Hi CrashSite, Pikachu, Bennyg).
So you should have a good idea of what your team is going to do before you make a decision – how many times have people pushed in and expected to be backed up without saying anything then found out your team didn’t follow you up.
Talk loads about everything you’re doing, helps everyone ton react and be on the same wavelength of you
Be enthusiastic
Blame swifty or any other third world scape goats for all your teams failings to make the rest of the team feel less responsible for the failings
