Don’t play too much DM nor MGE because it will only focus on pure 1v1 which almost never happens in a real 6v6 game, Mixes pickups best to practice.. want to practise aim ? Make a offline server play aginst bots (tr_walkway_rc2) and find the hitbox practise this for about 10-15 mins a day or before your games just to get used to the hitboxes
