STeam translation, so it’s been leaked (I assume) by one of the non-Valve voluntary translators.
Assumptions and one guy claiming he has all the answers to life, the universe and everything aren’t really sources.
Neogaf is one the best forums, most of the guys there dig and dig and dig to make sure their information are correct, and from what i have seen so far they were right on almost everything, most of those items were released and even updates that happened in the past they were right.
Anyway even if it wasn’t for Neogaf, the information does come from Steam Translations so it can’t be more official than that..

It’s not an assumption? It was text given by valve to some bi-linguists to translate for the steam release to those countries.

Bit old tbh that shits been rumouring on the steam forums for a month case and point look at date that post was made.
