A few notes about this update:
We’re evaluating options on reducing The Equalizer’s power (see below). Stop by the beta forum to share your feedback.
This update will break existing replays and demos.

Gameplay:
Medic:
Beta Syringe Gun
Applies Mad Milk for 1 second
50% slower firing rate
90% less damage
Beta Bonesaw
Allows the user to see enemy health
Sniper:
Beta Sniper Rifle
On Hit: Rifle charge rate increased by 35%
On Miss: Rifle charge rate decreased by 65%
Beta Sniper Club
25% increase in damage when health 50% of max
Soldier:
Beta Rocket Launcher
When the medic healing you is killed you gain crit boost for 8 seconds
On Hit: -10 Health
Beta Shotgun
While a medic is healing you, this weapons’ damage is increased by 25%
While not being healed by a medic, your weapon switch time is 25% longer
Beta Split Equalizer 1
Damage increases as the user becomes injured
Blocks healing while in use
Beta Split Equalizer 2
Move speed increases as the user becomes injured
Blocks healing while in use

General:
Hooked up many community-submitted response rules
Replay
Fixed audio sync issues on the Mac
Synced with all changes and fixes from the official release

Sniper changes are good, rewards aim :)
new bonesaw = old ubersaw+vitasaws ability to see enemy health
new syringe gun, can’t see a use for it, doesn’t help medics survive situations they’d need to pull their needle gun out for………other than spam targets from distance and let your team heal themselves?
Rocket launcher is fun, you need to be healed -10hp on hit takes its toll quickly, however if you are being healed, 6 manning the opposition after you let your medic die is fun (probably a little OP)

At the minute it is overpowered, It is probably designed to allow teams to quickly even up the disadvantage of losing their medic

It would be better to reward with crits based on the uber % the medic is at rather than an automatic 8 seconds on his death (aka frontier justice engineer style)

for example
medic uber %
0 – 24 % – no revenge crits
25-49 % – 1 revenge crit
50 – 74% – 2 revenge crits
75 – 99% – 3 revenge crits
100% (medic drops uber) – 4 revenge crits

Basically: attacking last, med ubers demo, and when the uber fades, the med suicides/runs into stickies or some shit, and the demo gets basically a kritzkrieg. LOL

A note about new weapon designs:
In our on-going effort to include the community in more of our design process, we’re starting to introduce item designs that are very rough and/or experimental. If you don’t like a particular design, we’d love to hear feedback on the kinds of changes that would make the item interesting to you.

Gameplay:
Medic:
Beta Syringe Gun
Increased Mad Milk duration to 2 seconds
Damage penalty reduced to 50% (from 10%), which means the medic now gains health on hit
Sniper:
Beta Sniper Rifle 1
Bonus structure changed
25% charge rate bonus on bodyshot
45% charge rate bonus on headshot
65% charge rate penalty on miss
The charge rate now resets to default upon death
The charge rate is now unaffected by shots fired while unzoomed
Soldier:
Beta Pocket Rocket Launcher
Now deals mini-crits instead of crits
Time of mini-crit bonus reduced to 6 seconds from 8
Beta Pocket Rocket Launcher 2
New rocket launcher option
+15% ubercharge rate for the medic healing you. This effect does not work in the respawn room
-10 health on hit
Beta Pocket Rocket Launcher 3
New rocket launcher option
50% faster reload time while being healed by a medic
-10 health on hit
Beta Pocket Shotgun
Damage bonus reduced to 20% from 25%
Deploy time penalty increased to 30% from 25%

Fixed install issues on the Mac
