Hi all,
I remember seeing a program that could set hl2.exe to realtime everytime it was launched, instead of manually upping it time you play.
Anyone know the name of this program? Couldn’t find it on google.
Thanks in advance.
Right click on the HL2 process in task manager. Set priority -> realtime.

Did you not read the first post?
But I swore that set it permenantely. I thought you were doing it a different way.
put this in a batch file in the username|team fortress 2| – directory.
start /realtime hl2.exe -game tf -steam -novid -otherparameters
and create a shortcut on the desktop.
yeah was thinking about a batch file, but it won’t change when tf2 is launched from the steam window

well, if it’s worth it for you…
edit: hm, seems free for personal use.
i found out this works like a charm only on P4 one core processors… c2d locks up, starts to delay mouse, keyboard etc…
good find, i’ll give it a try this evening.
