Cant view his/her backpack or change loadout ? it says cant connect to steam, but in-game i have weapons/hats. Restarting tf2 didnt help, restarting steam didnt help… and neither did restarting PC.
probably getting fixed some day

nop :) for some people the steam restart fixed it :>
Steam server/item server is laggy for some regions, so just wait.
