Hi pandas.

TF2tv has been in the works making the 5th edition of our tournament, this time focusing on Division 5 teams. Yes, not super pro top teams but still good fun for all involved. However despite asking a lot of teams (I must have added 20 people) because of the short notice and nature of the cup, with 3 games in 1 evening – we’re still short 2 or 3 teams.

As I don’t know who else to ask, any Division 5 rated ETF2L team willing to participate tonight on short notice, add me on Steam http://steamcommunity.com/id/stoyanovich/ and let me know.

Some details below:

Wednesday 13th April.

Last 16 – 20 CEST – Gullywash
Last 8 – 20.45 CEST – Turbine Pro
Semi-finals – 21.30 CEST – Badlands
Final – Day within next 10 days, bo3

Rules – Elimination, one 30 minute map. 1 merc of Div 5 level ETF2L or lower, or 2 in exceptional circumstances. Unlocks = Vanilla+Kritzkreig & Ubersaw, Map pool for finalists = Badlands, Granary, Gravel Pit, Gullywash, Turbine_pro Bazillion, Snakewater.

AT LEAST 1 REPRESENTIVE FROM EACH TEAM MUST BE ON THE GROUP CHAT AT ALL TIMES FROM 19:45 CEST. We will post scores and manage the tournament from there.

Seedings – We will randomly draw seedings due to it being really difficult to seed so many unseen teams.

Mumble – We request that the teams chosen to be casted play on TF2TV mumble so we can utilise your in-game comms to help bring a more entertaining cast (if you comm non-english then don’t worry about this).

Prizes – I do indeed promise hats to winners. I know awesome right? :D

We will also accept Div 6 rated teams who feel they can compete at a Div 5 level. We already have a strong selection of teams involved, hopefully we can have the couple extra we need to make it a fun and enjoyable tournament.

Like to say thanks to everyone who added me but we are full now unfortunately, man should have done this sooner, maybe we could have had a longer tournament. :D
