Uber-bug in demo-playback

Whenever I playback a demo where I get ubered, the visual effect of the uber on screen remains, EVEN AFTER the uber has ended.
Is there any way to get rid of this? :o
Does this happen only to older demos or to recent ones as well?

Shift f2.
Demo ui.
Go to tick: Somewhere near where you are now.
Normally sorts it.
Weird thing is that this happens randomly, sometimes the effect goes away and sometimes not
