Decent pubs?

So, simple question, are there any particularly decent pubs (Europe preferably)? I seem to pick only the ones with stupid things such as grenades, bots and premium which basically fucks up the game. Inb4 people start telling me pub is for shitters, I am a shitter ^^ It seems that there’s always at least a single decent pub in every game.

HH, Uberium, DoGs, LZ are some of the better ones, there’s some out there that are uncomfortable in terms of the community clique, and others where the games are just retarded.
I for one am looking for an active server with restricted unlocks, they ruined my public games :(
Also the 8U server seems pretty good.
