Lower your sensitivity
Aim for the neck, not head.
Get good positioning
Have confidence in yourself that you will hit the shot before you even fire (Don’t be scared to shout ‘Medic down’ on comms before you have even killed him).
Either way for their head to pass your crosshair, or use a quick ‘flick shot’. Don’t try to track them.
