p-rec help?

I have a problem with p-rec and I was wondering if anybody here could help me? Before you say ‘download and install again’ I’ve done that so many times to no avail.
Basically, I put the p-rec files into the ‘addons’ folder but it’s loaded by tf2 i.e no prec_ commands from the console.
Any ideas?

heres my idea: get good
DEFINETELY the right version? If you accidentally downloaded the unsigned version TF2 won’t recognise it.

try exec “plugin_load addons/PREC.dll” in game console and post output here

upon closing tf2 and reloading it I get
No valid signature found for c:program filessteamsteamappsslashgash_team fortress 2tfaddonsPREC.dll
Unable to load plugin “addons/PREC.dll”
same files in the addon folder as previously

Pretty sure you’ve got the wrong (older, non-signed) version, judging by that.
