– Fixed a server crash caused by using the Half-Zatoichi to hit someone not holding a weapon.
– Fixed the Soldier/Demoman taunts not working correctly when the Half-Zatoichi is the active weapon.
– Fixed the Concheror animations not always playing correctly for players on the Blue team.
– Fixed a bug where players could switch weapons after deploying the Half-Zatoichi before they killed someone with it.
– Updated The Shogun Pack items to be tradeable.

Crafting changes
– All recipes are now known to all players.
– Reduced the cost of most recipes.
– Items previously crafted using recipes that will be reduced in this update have been upgraded to Vintage

Server problems were related to a malfunctioning machine on Valve’s end. Due to some crappy code this caused dedicated servers to hang:

We have identified the problem. The server at fault should be fixed.

There is a synchronous call to Steam to locate the error reporting server. The error reporting server went AWOL so the call to Steam got blocked. We are looking into how we can avoid this in future. This call may not even be necessary any more since we have moved to breakpad for crash reporting.

Because the gameserver tried to find the Valve ‘crash reporting server’, it crashed. :P

afaik crossbow, brass beast, amputator, loch and load.

Weapons like Sun-O-stick, Crussader’s Crossbow, Loch N Load, the rift axe.
For the rift’s axe & Sun-O-Stick, you needed like 1 ref to craft/each.
