It’s quite annoying to some. I used to have it removed via texture modding when I pubsniped.
you could make it transparent i suppose.
Place 2 blank .VTF files named “sniperdot_red.vtf” and “sniperdot_blue.vtf” in the /tf/materials/effects folder (create it if it doesn’t already exist).
You might need to do sv_pure 0 too.
Isn’t there some resource\ or scripts\ txt or res file that can be edited for this? :/

no it’s built into the game, you’d need a skin to disable it and that requires sv_pure 0.
